Uploading Your Profile Picture
Upload a profile picture and get recognition for outstanding performance. Topping Leaderboards gives you the opportunity to showcase your profile picture and join the ranks of the top performers.
To Upload Your Profile Picture
- Open Playbooks.
- Click the menu button (XANT logo).
- Click Settings.
- In the Preferences section, find Profile Image.
- Click Edit.
- Drag and drop your image into the square.

Click to find a picture from your computer. - Adjust the size of your image as needed.
- Click SAVE.
Tip: You can use a funny GIF as your profile picture. To do this, follow the same steps as above but select a GIF file in step 6. Many agents find that it’s a great way to lighten the mood. But please make sure it’s okay with your manager first!
Profile Picture Constraints
There are a few requirements to make note of before you upload a file for your profile picture.
- Acceptable file types: GIF, JPEG and PNG
- Minimum dimensions: 300 x 300 pixels
- Recommended aspect ratio: 1:1
- Maximum file size: 16 MB
